You get no stars from me, but had to give 1 in order to post my review. My daughter and I went in last night. Service SUCKED to say the least. We walked in asked for shoes, tried them on, did not fit, we then left the store. Went to other places. Came back in as their selection is outstanding, we were approached and then waited for almost 45 minutes for a return answer (mean while being looked at by staff but ignored) MY MONEY SPENDS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!, watching others get help. We left, found what we wanted at CHAMPS. Customer service was top notch. Even though Shoe palace has a wonderful selection, I will NEVER step foot in the one in the Galleria Mall ever again. The staff working the night shift on 4/4/18 was the WORST experience EVER.
