We have had Terminix for 10 years and pay all the money. No issues w/bugs or Joel who is our service guy, he's great but their customer service is TERRIBLE!! They missed a scheduled appointment this morning, which I stayed home from work to accommodate; I am on my 5th call where I have been on hold for 15 minutes each time, even after asking for a manager, I've been disconnected and I am currently on hold again for a manager. WTH? Pull it together Terminix.
