I came here to get my phone repaired under warranty, and it was an okay experience but here's why I gave 5 stars and not the original 3 stars I wanted to give.
I was originally put on an hour wait for my warranty replacement/phone repair (which is absolutely normal for Apple). I completely understand that this is a normal wait time for Apple, it's just super discouraging for someone who doesn't want to spend their day at Apple (as no-one does, I'm sure). Once my appointment came around and my wait was up I was greeted by a phenomenal employee - Daniel (a shoulder length, curly, dark, hair male) whom was the true definition of "dream team!" Truly, he is a man with a dream. He made my experience not so bad at all..he went through all my options for a warranty replacement and made it as easy to understand as ever while holding a great conversation and making me feel super welcomed! The entire process maybe took 20-25 minutes but it flew by with how relaxed and great at his job he is (he seemed to know almost every in and out of everything from the iPhone itself to the warranty process to anything about Apple). I cannot say enough wonderful words about Daniel, truly one of the most spectacular Apple employees I've ever met.
Overall, I was completely astonished with my great visit at Apple, as the wait was a little long, but the personable, knowledgeable and super friendly employees made it ten times better.
