I really wasn't that impressed with this Starbucks. They have very little to no space to stand when you are in line and when it's busy you feel like a sardine. I made my order the same as I do at every Starbucks and somehow this one interpreted it as six shots of flavoring. I have lactaid in mine because milk makes me sick and the girl had to dump the drink out twice. To be honest I'm ok when they make mistakes as long as it works out. I see the drink before it goes into the blender and it's 90% liquid with a tiny bit of ice. She obviously overdid the portions. I can't say anything because there are five other people waiting for a drink and the room for two people to wait for it. Then a guy comes out with free samples and I can't get anywhere near the counter. My drink comes up and it has mounds of whip cream on it. She looks at me and says "oppss the whole lactose thing right, I can make it again." There is nowhere to sit and wait for another one so I take my luke warm frappacino and tell her not to worry about it. They do have a nice staff and the willingness to take all day to make you a good drink. It just depends on how long you have.
