Since I am approaching my one year anniversary with Body in Mind Pilates Studio, the time is now to give this studio and the wonderful instructors a positive review. It would be impossible to find a better studio in this town. The instructors absolutely top the charts with their dedication, knowledge, kindness and expertise. I am that girl that hated to exercise... until now ;). They have private lessons amongst many different types of group classes so I assure you there is something for everyone. My mind, body and soul have truly changed and evolved for the better because of Body in Mind. Thank you Nina and the rest of your fabulous studio staff!
