Not entirely a great experience. It start out good and they were pleasant. But the item that they said was an "easy fix" started back up 3 weeks later. When my renter called them they said it would be another service. My renter questioned because it was the same problem. They said "that is how it is". My renter had me call and I got a message machine. I explained that I would pay the second service call charge but I wanted to make sure it got fixed RIGHT this time. They never returned that message nor the others after that. We lived with it for a week waiting for return calls. When they never came we called Empire AC. They were professional also. They found the real cause for the problem and it wasn't quite so easy. Qual tech didn't diagnose the problem correctly. Possibly this is the reason they didn't respond? Sorry, but I can't recommend Qual Tech as a reliable service. They certainly didn't follow their mission statement or guarantee.
