I've waited to write this review until I could sit down and really express my gratitude.
Earlier today I discovered that there was a wild animal who found her way trapped inside my parents gated neighborhood. After speaking with neighbors I discovered that it had been there for a few days. I called animal control and they told me to call game and fish. I called game and fish and they told me to call an animal removal company.
So I called about 10 different companies and was told by all of them that they would kill the animal to remove it from the neighborhood. There was no way I was going to allow this animal be killed because it was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
So after making one more phone call before I just got a loop leash to try and catch it myself (no way I would have caught it) I got a hold of arizona wildlife solutions.
The first question out of my mouth was "do you kill the animals", and his reply was, "absolutely not". FINALLY!!!! So I explained what was going on and how it was kind of urgent because kids would be walking home from school soon and he told me he would rush over. I asked how much it would be and the quote he gave me was so fair and amazing I was shocked. Unfortunately, I am broke. Really broke, selling plasma, broke. I explained that I didn't know if I had the money and I was told to not worry about it. He said "let's worry about making sure the animal is safe and figure out the rest later". I mean amazing right!
Well, fast forward to when he showed up. As promised he hurried right over and was so nice and it was clear to see how much he cared. I showed him where the animal was napping and as he was talking to me the animal took off! Well he ran right after it without skipping a beat. I mean those two were flying! In the blink of an eye they both where gone. After 5-10 I started to getting worried to I got back in my car toward where they ran to and they were no where to be found. I drove around the small neighborhood a little to see if maybe they went a different direction and he was back at his jeep with the little trouble maker safe and sound with him.
He got pretty banged up and was bleeding from scratches on his arm but I didn't even notice at first because he was so happy with mission accomplished.
Loooooong story short this was an all around amazing experience. I am so grateful for Kevin, I have the number saved in my phone and will call him anytime I am ever in a similar situation. So professional, passionate, caring, friendly and skilled at what he does. I CANNOT recommend this company enough.
