Excellent food and service here! After going to Jaleo twice, I finally decided to try the other tapas restaurant in Vegas. I was not disappointed!
We had a party of five and ended up ordering a paella plus several tapas. For the tapas, there were many standouts. One was the padron peppers in the orange sauce. It reminded me of Japanese shishito peppers but with a tangy sauce that complemented without overpowering. The seared scallops were done just right, with seasoning that allowed the flavor of the scallops to shine without overpowering them. The chicken croquettes were also very interesting, not too oily, and with subtlety of flavor. The paella nera was excellent, with lots of different mixed seafood; the squid ink really gave the flavor a nice twist that you don't often find in paella. Also, definitely check out their sangrias.
I'm definitely coming back here on my next Vegas trip!
