Today I experienced the worst visit at this location! Every time I have gone into this location while Matt and Daniel are working it's be horrible customer service. Today we go in and tell them what we want while my boyfriend decides to try something new, when he got his drink it tasted so bad that he couldn't drink it. So when Matt and Daniel asked how the drink was he told them it's not good. Instead of them being good business professionals and providing good customer services they told us, well you will have to PAY FOR ANOTHER DRINK... how crazy is that! If you went to a restaurant and got something and it tasted bad most places would ask what else we could get you and NOT MAKE YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DONT LIKE! While my boyfriend tells them it does taste good Daniel looks and he says "WHAT ELSE DIS YOU EXPECT?When you ordered that I knew it wouldn't taste good".... If Daniel knew it wouldn't taste good why not ask are you sure or tell us your opinion instead of giving us a drink he KNEW would taste bad and wanted us to pay for one that would! As my boyfriend walked out I confronted Matt and Daniel telling them how we come to this location about 4 or 5 times a week and that we will NO LONGER be going to this location! Once I said that, Matt wanted to actually talk to me but I just walked out! People that provide that bad of customer service don't deserve the 500 plus my friends, boyfriend and I brought them a month. Hopefully if you go to this location they clean up their act and work on customer service! Or just find a different location to go to!!
