Giving them 1 star is too nice! I had an appointment window between 2-4. No show. No call. After speaking with Abraham (the owner) he said their truck broke down (appears it breaks down alot after seeing other reviews with the same excuse) but would call me back in 15 minutes....no call. I decided to call him after an hour. He said he would have someone the next day at noon. They arrived late and told my husband we would have to pay an addt'l $50 and that they would only do 3 of the rooms (claimed they were too large) even though I had purchased a 5 room package (all rooms under the required 200 sq ft) When I called Abraham to explain my disappointment and that the customer service was frankly unacceptable after missing a full days worth of work (2 - half days) The least he could do is call with an ETA. He became belligerent yelling and screaming at me. In his full on rant, he disclosed he was a foreigner (weird) and threatened me physically and told me he knew where I lived. This man is crazy insane!! Of course, he tried to change his tone when I told him it was illegal to threaten a person and that I would report him. BEWARE!!!
