I appreciated that Alex did his due diligence in dissuading us from getting tattooed on our hands because of the notoriously unreliable way it takes and holds ink but then made it happen anyway. (They look fantastic so far, by the way.)
They were easy to work with (though I imagine a little TOO laid back for some people's taste) and they accommodated our last minute need to reschedule without any problems. Some people have mentioned that they thought the service was lacking but I found it to be a lot like working with friends. You're probably not going to be coddled and fawned all over so if you expect a lot of "yes, sir" ass-kissing, I'm going to say you should probably look elsewhere.
But if you prefer a chill team of highly skilled artists that actually give a shit about the work they're about to do for you, this is the right place!
