I had a problem with my LG G4 bootlooping, so I called LG to get it repaired as it was still under warranty. They provided me with All tech-neek as the repair centre to send my phone to, but after reading the reviews I was very apprehensive about doing so. LG also recommended another repair centre in Markham, but the reviews for that place weren't any better. So, I decided to go with all tech-neek, and just hoped that the reviews that were written were the minority, and that people just didn't take the time to write positive reviews if they had a good experience. I'm happy to say I got my phone repaired, and sent back to me in a fairly timely matter. I sent it out on a thursday afternoon, and got it back the following wednesday afternoon. When I entered the reference number provided to me by LG, on the all tech-neek website, it showed that it arrived on friday, and then when I checked it today, it shows that it's been shipped. I can't comment on their customer service as I didn't have to interact with anyone, but everything went perfect for me.
