This place is as shady as they come. Don't be fooled by that helpful nature before you sign the lease. It DISAPPEARS the second you sign that lease. I have lived all over the country and have never encountered such disorganization in a management team. If you can call them that. Maintenance is only existent if they like you. Oh and the waterbill. .. they over water have been reported to water bureau, they still over water. I was told the average water bill was $50-$60 a month. It had never been below $100 during the summer it pushed $250 bucks. They use whatever cheap non energy efficient appliances they can find so while they are new. .. they will run your electric up right quick. We didn't run the ac or heat for 5 months because it was so filthy yet even after energy efficient bulbs replace by us our electric bill was like 145 bucks for only being home about 30% of the time. Worst decision ever was moving into these apartments. Save yourself the hassle.
