I had taken my Mazda 3 there for repair on my left tail light and bumper. They did a great job on the car. Addison and Rick were so amazing and so friendly.
When I got my car back, the bumper was still sticking out a tad bit and there were dings on the passenger door that had been overlooked. Addison was extremely apologetic and told me to bring it back in on whatever day works for me and he would get me a rental and everything. So it was a little bit of a hiccup but wasn't a big deal at all.
My insurance had overlooked the rental coverage that we had added and it wouldn't cover my accident so the guys here told me they would lower my deductible so I wouldn't spend any money out of pocket. Also, my horn stopped working the previous weekend, they looked at it and fixed it for me and all they charged me was the cost of the part from Mazda. Such an amazing place and such an amazing staff. You call up and they know exactly who you are and they are on top of things.
Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do, I will be taking my car there!!!
