What a bunch of well trained yahoos. Even the bimbo who answered the phone (Rochelle) is trained in backpedaling, denial, deception and all around sliminess. The experience kind of reminded me of the discount furniture places run by middle easterners, who say with an accent, "I make you best deal, no lies", with crap furniture and big signs that say "going out of business". I do compliment them on coordinating their stories and scam techniques so everyone you talk to gives you the same bull crap. All they did was steam, no chemicals so now it's worse than before. They do need to work on the pricing so they all tell the same lie about how much everything costs. The crowning jewel is how they do the freshener. Achmed walked thru each room with a spray bottle and pulled the trigger 3 times. I doubt a tablespoon of product was used. I have called 5 other companies and they all have heard of these A-holes and actually love the fact that they are scam scum because it makes their legitimate business look just that much better. Save your time and money and use anyone but these arrogant pricks. Now it's the me to fill out the online BBB complaint form.
