Bill is the man! I have had to use twice now. Bill came to my house in under 30 minutes to fix two locks that were ghetto rigged by previous locksmith. Bill pointed out the issues with their lock setup and told me I have the correct part to fix that at my house and I'll be back in 15. Bill came back and fixed the lock works like a charm now.
