I purchased my mustang through Carmax 2 years ago at a different location.. I understand people will have their own opinions about the company in general but I'll keep mine about this specific location.
Ray was very quick in contacting me before I arrived, put the car I was looking at on hold asap, but when I went in he was actually busy. I never met him personally and Alex was able to help me. He was extremely helpful and I was able to get done in less than an hour.
There seemed to be a cohesiveness between the employees there that day, I personally work in sales and saw good signs in their workers. I appreciated the good service today
