I love ot when you taste that "back in the day in Brooklyn" kind of mozzarella, that stays stuck and you have to keep tugging to pull it off. This Buffalo mozz' was somewhat close to that. The pizza is not overly thick or overly filling, and the sauce is quite good. Love the atmosphere, the setup and feel. The price is more than fine in my opinion. I'll definitely be back.
