While our entire community was down this morning including internet and digital cable we called cox and got an obnoxiou message. They couldn't answer the phone!!!!What??? Perhaps a message stating they were having system wide problems would have been more appropriate. In the past when I have phoned them there is at least a half hour hold time. IMO their customer service is HORRIBLE.
