My battery was dead. I called AAA at 9 am and still hadn't seen anyone by 12:30pm. I called and they dispatched the request to 101 Towing. Randy Oliver called me immediately and apologized to me. (He didn't need to apologize.) He said he just got the call and was at the 101 and 19th Avenue. I live in Scottsdale. He was at my home within 20 minutes. Couldn't have been more pleasant, professional and kind. He even found out why my battery died! Can't ask for more! Call them and you'll find out yourself ...
