Was not open as listed on their website. Do not bother to make an appointment on their website as they clearly don't even check it. When I received an e-mail prompting me to, 'review me experience' I wrote exactly what happened. They responded claiming they called me several times (they never did) and that they didn't offer appointments for the service I requested (except their website does... as I made one.) Moreover, they should be open the hours they claim to be and certainly not be combative with people who have experienced poor customer service from them.
