If you live in Phoenix, do not reserve a rental car from Advantage! My husband and I reserved a car on Priceline. We show up at the counter and the guy asks if we have our insurance information. We did! I grabbed our insurance card out of our car. Oh no, this wasn't good enough! They had to see our exact coverage. My husband proceeded to login to our policy website and got access to our documentation showing we have full coverage. The guy at the counter then says, "Are you going to print it out for me?" WHAT? Looking at the policy is not good enough? So then my husband says, "Give me your email and I will forward it to you to print". The guy responds, Oh I don't have email or a printer here!" What did the guy think we were going to do? Pull out our pocket printer???What a joke this company is! So unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN! Needless to say, we walked away and took our business elsewhere!
