My husband and I were going to rent a property in Santa Clarita CA.. This company is all "smoke and mirrors". The leasing agent was pushy and didn't want to answer any of our questions or honor their online advertisement for one month free rent plus visa gift card. They wanted us to sign an extraordinary lengthy rental agreement with stipulations not even discussed or mentioned and nothing in the rental agreement about the free rent offer. We are so glad didn't sign lease- I did some research at the last minute and realized the company we were dealing with was ACH and had chance to read reviews and backed out at last minute .. We seriously dodged a bullet !!!!
