An appointment was set up with Affirmative Air through our home warranty company. They called the same day to set up an appointment for the next day. Carson arrived on time, was extremely helpful in explaining the problems with our air conditioning and we felt went above and beyond to help us. He took extra time to go over the mechanics of our system and what he was doing. We were very pleased with his work and the service provided by Affirmative Air. We did have a question later and called to leave a message at their office. They called us promptly the next morning and helped with our question. We would definitely call them again.
