We hired John with Pinnacle Fencing Solutions to fix an existing fence and add a gate. We asked him to make sure to reinforce the part of the fence that the gate would be attached to since we had experienced sagging before. He reassured us that this would be done the correct way. Although the fence and the gate looks good, just at 1 year our fence is sagging and now we know it wasn't reinforced as we asked. He was actually the higher of 3 bids we received but we trusted he would do a good job and wouldn't have to worry about this. I have tried to call to see what can be done but he never returns phone calls. I would never hire this company again for any fencing additions now that I know he is dishonest!
