This place is a scam. Yes I went to the appointment and that was fine. No she don't stay and talk about anything with you but that is not my issue. MY ISSUE is the billing department that they run. It is now August 17, I went to the appointment on February 8th. I received a call from a collection agency yesterday saying that I owe money to them. I NEVER, and I repeat NEVER received a bill or call from them. The bill was originally $153, but now that they sent it to a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY, the bill is $253. When I called and talked to them the girl on the phone would not even let me talk to her manager, but instead she'll talk to her manager and will call me back if there is anything that they can do. They said that they sent 3 letters which was NEVER received. Not one call was ever received either. Now I owe $100 more to a collection agency that has went on my credit report. I don't even think that is legal to not receive ANYTHING and be penalized for it. They are probably getting some kick back to doing this. But I will never use their services again and I will not be recommending them to anyone. If I could give them negative stars I would.
