I have been a AAA member for several years. I have been pleased with their services in the past. This past week I took my 2012 Lexus in for a transmission fluid change prior to our long weekend trip. About 15 miles out of Phoenix a transmission fluid overheating indicator light came on. This was followed by smoke emitting from leaking transmission fluid. We were towed back to the AAA location. Our weekend was ruined. While our service adviser "Tim" offered a free rental car he had very little empathy. I picked up my car the following day hoping for an explanation. He said there was no leak and could offer no "hypothesis" as to why this happened. Really????! I also noticed he had his personal car pulled up in the drive and seemed in a very big hurry to leave and enjoy his weekend. I also requested a refund for the work done. That request was ignored. Stay away from this place!
