Sooooo... Why the heck do you have to wait 15+ minutes to get seated when literally half the tables in the dining area were empty? I didn't get their system. We paid, stood in line, while hosts were so slowly and painstakingly seating guests. When it's busy and the dining area is packed, I get it, there's going to be a wait. But why the eff am I waiting for over 15 minutes in a line when the whole place is empty?!?!?
Now since we got that out of the way, the food was just meh. Everything there was either sitting out for a while and tasted dry and rubbery. Even the damn butter you're supposed to dip your crab legs in tasted old and plasticky. I did not expect this kind of low quality food from such a decent hotel and casino. I'm glad that my wife and I were able to get a buy one get one free meal, or I would have been really pissed. the only thing that kept me happy was the all you can drink horchata... It was damn tasty and the only reason why I even gave this place two stars. Also, many of the food labels were either labeled incorrectly or missing entirely, so you couldn't even tell what you put on your plate. When you try and ask the staff, if they're even around, what you're putting on your plate, they're annoyed that you're even asking and hesitantly answers your question.
I'll just say this, spend a little extra or maybe even a little more time standing in a line and go to Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars. This place is just not up to par and not worth it for what you pay. Great Hotel, great Casino, horrible Buffet...
