We decided to use Shawn Rogers & his assistant Jeff Dekruif after numerous 5 star ratings...many more than what is on yelp. Seeing hundreds of 5 star ratings was good enough for us.
We interviewed many other realtors and they all said the same thing, lower the price by over 100,000 but Shawn said too much. We should get close to what we estimated without pricing us out of the market.
Promoting our house by using a drone gave such a better prospective compared to pictures and we got the full asking price with back up offers all at the full asking price.
To think if we went with any one of the other realtors, we would of short change ourselves by over $100,000.
