We scheduled our first cleaning for Monday Oct 12 between 8 and 10AM. On Friday we got home to a message that was left on our phone at 1:30 PM stating that if we didn't return the call within 1 hour they would consider that we cancelled. I was shocked. My husband called at 2:20 and got voice mail. He left a message that we did want the service. He called back again and left another message about an hour later. Our calls were not returned. Monday morning no one showed. Called again at 9 and again got voice mail. No one called back. So today we are cleaning our house in preparation of a large party we are hosting tomorrow. What a way to run a business!
