This store is awful!!! They scammed us on our phone bill costs, our devices, everything!!! They kept a returned device instead of sending it back to the Verizon warehouse and I've now had to cancel my service, have spent 3 months on the phone to try and solve this, deal with phone bill after phone bill for a device I don't have and have now had to get a lawyer involved to save my credit because of these scam artists!!! I've contacted the local news to also do a story on this scam of a business! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
***update!!!! I will now be getting the police involved. 2000 dollars has gone onto my credit for a phone I do not have. The police have now told me that this is a theft situation considering I have proof of return with a receipt and a tracking number. The district manager had called me after my 1st review and promised me to take care of this and never followed up with me.
