Yikes! Whatever you do, don't use their "Service Department", my experience was atrocious before they even got to do the work! After talking to the rude 'dispatch' office too many times and going through painstaking efforts to get my pool ready for the new equipment installation, they canceled last second and told me they could come a week later. It was a blessing in disguise that the appointment got canceled, though, because the next pool company I called will be doing the same work for less than half the cost. I should have called around first, I know, but I got lucky.
