I just spoke with the manager, Suzanne, with questions about my reservation. She was extremely rude and demanded that I return to the reservation booking website and read specific policies back to her verbatim. Then she responded, "Isn't that what I said?!" When I expressed concern over her attitude and tone, Suzanne said "Well, I'm sorry you feel that way." Great service recovery!!!!! Wish I would have gone to Yelp before making my reservation here!
No one should ever address another adult in such an unprofessional manner. There are many other hotels where guests are treated with kindness...
