Even though I come here if I'm craving ramen, I would not recommend this place. Noodlecat is consistently inconsistent. One day the will be on point and your ramen will be piping hot and delicious. The next it will be so lukewarm they would hardly cook your vegetables. The same goes for there other dishes, like the brussel sprouts which on a good day with be crispy and perfectly spiced and on another day be overdone, charred, with not a hint of green anywhere. I take the hit because it's walking distance from our place.
