Today was my first appointment and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in me and my health. The office is clean, friendly and inviting.
I was also surprised at the lengths they went to for a minor request that I had. The night before my appointment my girlfriend wanted to make a wager on how many cavities I might have. I asked my hygienist, Deann, if she could give me some proof of the fact that I had none. At first she had a co-worker trying to print something from the computer, but when that didn't go according to plan she went in back and hand wrote a certificate declaring me a member in the No Cavity Club. If I knew how to upload a picture of it here I would.
If you're looking for a dentist and want a place that is friendly, gentle, and very customer/patient focused this is your place. I will be sticking with them from now on.
