I was riding a Trek mountain bike that was older and to small for me to and from work and was looking to upgrade to something that fit me. I went to Bike World and was helped by Shane who gave me the most outstanding customer service. Not only did he help me find the perfect Bike for my size, needs, and budget, " 2017 Giant Escape" but when I had some issues after the purchase with the brakes making noise and a mysterious noise coming from the crank area. I had taken the bike back to get the problems fixed, Shane happened to be off. So I was helped by other friendly staff. They did some work on the bike, and when I took it home I was still having the same problems. I took the bike back and this time Shane was there and he told me not to worry that he would personally take it apart find and fix the problems him self, sure enough he kept his word, and now I am so happy with this bike, also with the great customer service that Shane gave me. I will be a Bike World customer for life!!!
