I purchased a car BRAND NEW at the camelback Kia location, and they purposely listed my car as used to decrease the amount of time I have coverage on my warranty and will not change it. In addition, they also purposely sold me two insurance policies and lied telling me I needed both for different coverages when in reality it is the same policy. When I call to ask them about it, they give me the run around and they even had the nerve to HANG UP IN MY FACE TWICE!! I spoke to them in a nice and polite manner and asked them questions about my policies and their managers response was to hang up in my face. I have moved across the country and cannot physically go there to resolve this issue and they know this. I have been completely conned by Kia and will never purchase from them again. Everyone PLEASE contact the better business bureau to put an end to their conning!
