I called for an estimate regarding deadbolt locks. I spoke with the owner Steve who gave me an estimate which we negotiated at a fair price. When his office lady called me back to schedule the time and receive payment, I wanted to review the pricing and product so there was no mistakes on the day of service. She then told me the price which was $200 dollars over the quote I received from Steve. I asked her about this, but she couldn't explain it and placed me on hold. She then informed that "Steve said we would pass on the job!" I was confused by this, so I asked to speak with Steve. She stated he was unavailable, but he would call me. Steve never called back! You are the owner and you can't figure out your own pricing?

Don't waste your time with this shady company who likes the ol' bait and switch method! There are many other honest dealers in the valley. I went with ABC Locksmiths for the same deal!
