Horrible experience with this company so far. We ordered chairs and barstools. Chairs - came with instructions for a different model. Hardware had come out of packaging and was rattling loose at the bottom of the box. It came with plastic spacers for each screw that were a nightmare to get on, then at the end we find we are 2 short. Customer service tells us they recommended NOT using them (so why ship them?). So we have to disassemble and rebuild. Oh and there's one extra bolt in the box when we're done (did we forget something?). Stools - no pilot holes for screws to attach seat to base. No answer at customer service today. My email is returned saying "all our stools have pilot holes". No response to my photo showing that mine do not. I get tired of waiting around, so I measure it out myself and get them attached. Thing is the metal bases are badly warped and so will not sit flush with the seat. To boot, the wood stain is different on one of the stools. And there are about ten extra screws for no reason. I am contemplating asking for a refund, especially on the stools. Please do not buy from these folks. Wazo's products look nice on paper but with horrible quality control and indifferent customer service, they do not deserve your business!
