Everybody already knows that the food at Sprouts is always fresh and very healthy (well most of it is healthy).
Today, the employees at Sprouts went the extra mile to make sure that we got what we wanted. What we thought we had ordered online was not what we actually ordered. We thought we had ordered a fully cooked prime rib but we had actually ordered one that was not cooked.
One of the employees from the deli area found us a pre-cooked prime rib and now all we have to do is thaw it, heat it and eat it.
We had at least three employees helping us and we left with a very satisfied feeling that the employees were actually concerned about our situation and wanted to fix it.
