Robert Wagner deserves zero stars. I met with him over a year ago for a very simple task. He seemed very positive when we met and I looked forward to working with him. He took all the money up front and then I never heard from him. I had to continually reach out and e-mail him multiple times for a response as my e-mails would be ignored.
After multiple e-mails and calls he eventually assured me that everything was taken care of and that my file had been closed. Months later I received additional letters from the IRS stating that I still owed money and that a late penalty was added. This will now effect my credit and cost me more money.
Robert stated that he contacted the IRS and that it was an error on their part. I called the IRS myself and they had no record of him even contacting him. I asked for my money back. I have attempted to contact him multiple times through e-mail, phone calls and even face to face meetings. He has cancelled my appointments multiple times and still failed to e-mail me back. When I call his office he refuses to take calls.
Robert Wagner is dishonest and very sketchy. I would not recommend him to anyone! Stay away.
