This is an update to my previous review. The owner of Desert Rose contacted me to address my complaint. What was great was that he contacted me immediately and came out to my house. After a brief discussion he wanted to make the situation right and offered to refinish the door at no cost to me. After I repaired the water damage to the door he sent out Josh and 3 additional team members. Josh and the team refinished the door and it now looks excellent. The work performed by Josh was top notch. They were professional and performed the job quickly and efficiently.
What stands out is the fact that Desert Rose was willing to make things right which is a rare commodity in today's business climate. I would recommend them to anyone needing door refinishing. And if I needed door refinishing again Desert Rose would be my first call as I would not hesitate to use them again.
