This place is ghetto. Especially the front desk and managers. I think their name is Kathy and Megan. They are so fake. Customer service at the worst. They seriously do not care about you. Very unprofessional as well and downright rude. They speak to you about your personal issues like it's their business. I have never been so disappointed. Now the room itself is old. They promised me a newly renovated room that's why I signed up and then couldn't provide it on the day but did not give me any notice. Con artists. Had no other choice.
At the start they are pretending to be nice. But when you need help or clarity on something, they don't even try to help you. Basically I was just asking about my deposit and they credited wrong card. The manager wouldn't listen, even when she doesn't have her facts right, won't let me speak, raised her voice and then when I got upset due to her being rude... Hung up on me. So in the end I got no help and got frustrated with their treatment.
Cheap place for cheap service I guess. I will never ever go to this place and highly recommend anyone NOT to go here. They charge you even for every little thing. And will not make accommodations. You guys need to realize that customer service is the heart and soul of any business. You guys definitely suck on this. Now I know why you have low stars.
