Danger! Danger! BUG found! Huge bug found! My wife and I used to go this place. The service was always poor but the food was ok. We took our friends there last night. After walked in, no one was at the front desk to greet us. We waited for 10 min and the waitress are all walking around with no glance at us. We waited over 20 min after made the order and the waitress finally brought us the food. A huge BUG was found in the dish! A terribly huge bug! We asked them to come and take a look. They came and took the dish away with no apologies. It seems that they do not care at all! We got No Refill Water , No paper Napkins during the dining, actually they didn't even eye contacted with you or they just pretended to not see you. My friend had to stand up and found a napkin by herself!!! They rushed us to pay afterwards and I asked the old short Korean lady if she told the owner about the bug and she said yes. I asked her if I could speak with the owner plz and she seemed very nervous and asked me why. Then she ran to the owner and spent like 10 min talking and pointing at us. The owner finally came and smiled to us said what can I do for you. We told him about the bug and he said: oh, I know I know, that tiny little bug. We were so shocked and told him its not a teeny tiny but a pretty huge one. It seems he doesn't care either! I also noticed that that waitress was standing at the corner and staring at us , pointing at us, talked about us to other waitresses in an angry face...I can't believe that they treated customers like this! Seriously the service is the most unprofessional one among all restaurants! And you should always keep an eye on your food for bugs! We will definitely avoid backing to here again and I'm quite sure, if we came here, that waitress will spit into our food for sure because she's mean and hated us so much. I will make sure to report it to the local health department and Better business bureau.
