Hello,
As a former Regional Manger in the food and retail business I understand that the success or failure depends on the following:
-Customer/Guest Service
-Staff Development
-Store Image
In today's market you are lucky if you get great guest service. Well, if all your stores were operated the way this store is there would be no need for upper managers. You have a "gem" in your Store Director, Raul. I can tell he is Staff Focused as his team focused on there customers. I what him communication with his team member. The Image of the store is very nice!!
3 weeks ago his team put in a Starter for me. Today it failed. I got the car to his store {thanks to AAA} and he took care of me ASAP!!
When you get a minute you should call him and tell him how much you appreciate his service!!
