The only thing in favour of this restaurant is their aesthetically pleasing decor.
Last Sunday, my visit to Arthur's Nosh Bar was a raw experience. From waiting at the door to get in, I over heard one of waitresses complaining that she was sick and throwing up, well why the heck was she working? Gross. Food is what brings me to the restaurant but in terms of the experience, I would like to suppress the memory. Lastly, the man whom I assume is manager, was not tending to the customers bearing the wait at the door, rather he was socializing at the back with kitchen staff. You might want to re-fill that position with someone more qualified, personable and organized.
I hope Arthur's staff reads this complaint and makes the necessary adjustments to their management! I really like your restaurant but your absent management skills are worth not retuning at all. My friends and I all have all had similar experiences on different occasions. I wish you all the best Arthur's!
