The staff isn't always the most knowledgeable, but I don't expect them to be experts at retail wages. They're friendly, and generally do their best to help, which is all I can ask for. My male and I stop in here more often then I would like to. They have the best selection electronics, at least unless I want to drive all the way to Frys. Higher end keyboards, mice, headphones, cell phone cases, this is the place to go.
The store is clean and pretty easy to get around. I especially love the cell section. They have all the main phones from all the major brands, and a number of prepaids as well to look at, and of course, the huge selection of accessories.
The only downfall to Best Buy is the prices. If they could be just a little more competive with online prices, they'd be my main spot for electronics, in stead of that,"Oh crap, my keyboard just died" place.
