I had the worst time possible at this hotel. I waited over an hour for the shuttle at the airport which is supposed to be there every half hour and then had the shuttle driver argue with me about how he was there at exactly 20 minutes ago blah blah.
Once in the hotel they were undergoing reservations and the pool wasn't open land the fitness room wasn't either. The place looked like a mess and absolutely chaotic at best.
The front desk staff were completely rude, unhelpful and just plain mean.
The room was crazy, the phones didn't work. Dirt and debris on the floor and the plug in the tub was broken. For a 4 star hotel.. this was an absolute disappointment.
Room service only comes after 530, they charge you an automatic gratuity and the food was not good at all. I got the tandoori chicken supreme and it was burnt, dry and unflavourful.
Over all, 1 star is too high for the service I received here.
