I came to Art's for an oil change and was greatly surprised with this place, although, it has many other great reviews on Yelp, and now I can see why. In my typical review fashion, I generally wait till 2 visits before reviews, but Art's has certainly impressed me the first time!
Walking in, there is a small waiting room with a counter and after I passed my keys over and filled out a quick short form, my oil change was underway. It took the standard amount of time of most other oil change places but Art's just looks, feels, and sounds more like a true mechanic shop.
I was very happy with the work, the customer service and the fact that Art himself was actually sitting in the lobby and offered a nice hello and thank you for coming. Certainly says a lot.
I will most definitely bring my 2017 Ford Explorer back.
