I bought a Chevy Malibu from Serpentini and I got a really good price on it. Actually, my cousin and I both bought vehicles on the same day. I received a family discount plus zero percent financing. You can't beat that. I traded in my Jeep Liberty and they were pretty difficult to negotiate with as they didn't offer me much for the Jeep. By the time I left, they paid off my Jeep and still gave me a great price on the Malibu.
I've been back for service and they replaced my front brakes for free as one of the brake pads was wearing unevenly. I also had a steering component replaced under warranty. In addition, I have had at least 2 - 3 recall repairs performed with no questions. Finally, one of my key FOBs stopped working, so I bought another from Serpentini. They had it programmed and setup in very little time. To top it all off, Serpentini washes my car before returning it to me.
They have free wifi, which really helped me during one of my repairs. I drove to Serpentini, walked in and had my car serviced, and I brought my work laptop with me. I was able to use their WiFi to login to VPN and get some work done. All the while, I ordered some breakfast, which was cooked by a not-so-friendly woman working the grill. There is free coffee too.
I'd love to buy a dark blue crew cab Silverado with black wheels, but I will never have that kind of money. Trucks are so expensive!
